In March, Xantium held its offsite in Salt Lake City, bringing together teammates from London, New York, and other cities for a week of shared learning, collaboration, conversation, and, of course, skiing. A memorable week on every front!
It was especially exciting to meet some of our newest team members in person and spend time together away from our usual routines. Highlights included a presentation from Steve Strong, great food, and even better snow on the slopes.
Most of all, the offsite gave us the chance to build stronger connections across teams and offices. From deep-dive discussions to relaxed evenings by the mountains, the week reflected the mix of camaraderie, curiosity, and thoughtful debate that defines life at Xantium.
